Maude Fealy

 Sunday, November 21, 2010

I want to share with you a few pics of Maude Fealy. She was an American stage and film actress born in 1883. She was quite a woman and very modern for her time. Now I feel like wearing lots of flowers on my head! :) Isn't she gorgeous?

On a different note, the boy is away in London, he has another audition, so fingers crossed! :) I miss him lots...  Have a lovely Sunday ladies!

Love,
Darling L

She looks so alive, especially in the 2nd and 3rd photographs. I love the flower wreaths and her name.

'Come into the garden, Maud,
I am here at the gate alone.'

I can't believe I used to find Tennyson boring.

She is lovely! I love this era. You say that she was modern for her time, but how so? I'm intrigued!
